His Masterpiece Church which began running services as a church on April 7, 2014 and inaugurated on December 22, 2014 by Pastor Tunde Bakare, the Serving Overseer of the Latter Rain Assembly, has evolved over the years from its inception as a vision given to its Serving Overseer and wife, Pastor ‘Rotimi and Pastor (Mrs.) Modupe Oyekunle as an undergraduate at the University of Lagos, Akoka, Lagos, Nigeria – “start an outreach to students at the lecture theatres, moving from one faculty to the other, every other day.”

Obedience and commitment to this vision led to the birth of Destiny Evangelical Mission, which executed various programs and outreaches as ordained by God such as “The Heart Cry of God”, where Pastor Tunde Bakare, the Serving Overseer of the Latter Rain Assembly was invited as the Guest Minister and initiated a life-long relationship with him where they were opportune to serve as Youth Pastors (“the Legacy Youth Fellowship”) at the Latter Rain Assembly.
On November 6, 2005, God through the mentorship of Pastor Tunde Bakare separated ‘Rotimi and Modupe Oyekunle for ministry and commissioned “His Masterpiece Ministry” popularly known as “HMP” while they both served as the Youth Pastors till September 2012.

This involves detailed pre-construction planning crucial to successful construction and on-time delivery and allows the client and team a clear pathway to the bidding process, construction phase, and through to completion.
